ロシアによる侵攻開始から4年が経過した現在も、ウクライナは医療・安全保障・事業運営の面で多くの課題に直面しています。一方で、復興支援や投資、将来的な事業展開を見据え、国際機関、人道支援団体、民間企業による関与への関心は高まり続けています。
本セミナー前半では、インターナショナルSOS Regional Medical DirectorのDr. Ryan Copelandが、現在のウクライナにおける活動環境について、現地での実務経験に基づく視点から解説します。空襲警報やドローン攻撃が日常の一部となる中で、人々はどのように生活し、働いているのか。また、変化し続ける安全保障環境のなかで、現地で活動する組織がどのような課題に直面し、どのように対応しているのかをお話しします。
さらに、戦時下における医療体制や患者搬送の実際、企業・組織が理解しておくべき医療面の留意事項についてもご紹介します。
