Building Resilience Under Pressure: Lessons from Global Companies’ Responses to the Middle East Crisis
In an increasingly volatile geopolitical environment, organisations are required to make timely and effective decisions. However, relatively few companies have clearly defined frameworks for determining how critical decisions should be made during a crisis.
In this seminar, we are pleased to welcome Sebastian Bedu, General Manager, India & Middle East at International SOS, based in Dubai, who has supported numerous organisations through complex crises across the Middle East. He will share how global organisations assess risks, protect their people, and maintain business continuity during times of uncertainty.
In addition, a panel discussion featuring security and medical experts will explore practical insights and lessons that Japanese companies can apply to strengthen their own crisis management capabilities and organisational resilience.
